Tonight, I submitted my application to be the English teacher at Mercy Ships Academy. This is something I am very excited about and I can’t wait to see what happens.
The application was just the basic volunteer’s application with some generic personal details and things like that. From my understanding the next steps are to just wait for my application to be looked at, and then if the Academy personnel likke what they are seeing, they will contact me for a more formal interview. After that there will be reference checks and child safety checks. And if all of that is successful then I will be offered the job.
I wanted to create this blog so that I can document everything that happens on this journey. This is just a small start to a much bigger journey and I’m excited to see what God is going to do in me and through me over the next few years.
