This morning I had my next interview. Today’s interview was with a number of Mercy Ships Academy administration staff who work off-ship. There were 2 people in Texas, USA; 1 from New Zealand and 1 from Australia.
I think that the interview went really well. It was a longer interview, just over an hour total. The interview covered a lot of different topics including, what lead me to apply for Mercy Ships, how I work in a team context, my strengths and weaknesses and a lot about my experience with curriculum writing and planning.
Between the two interviews I have also had to fill out some more documentation for Mercy Ships. I had to submit some medical documents, a professional reference, a pastoral reference and answer some more questions in a one-way interview. This is a platform where I video recorded my answers to a variety of questions. So really, today was my third interview.
From here I am just waiting. I’ve been told I will hear something within the next week. If I am successful then I will move on to the final interview rounds.
