My job with Mercy Ships is not a paid position. I have to raise all of my own funds as this is a missions opportunity. Thankfully, I’ve been getting a lot of supply teaching days which is going a long way to helping me support myself. However, I am still going to need help. As I’m sure you can imagine, 2 years is a long time.
As you can see on the Support page of my blog there are a number of things I will need to be paying for. Firstly is my crew fees. Each month I will need to pay my crew fees for everything on the ship. I also have flights to pay for, insurance and other personal expenses.
There are a few ways that I will be raising these funds.
Over the next month or so I will also be running a few events. If you are local to the Gympie area, I’d love for you to come along.
On the 1st of June, we will be running a 3-course dinner. For just $30 a ticket you can come along and enjoy dinner and hear more about Mercy Ships. Check out the flyer below. You can book your tickets here and pay on the night. Tickets are limited so book early.

On the 8th of June, we will be putting on a High Tea in Cooloola Cove. This will be an amazing afternoon with fantastic food and I will again be sharing more about Mercy Ships. You can book your tickets here and pay on the afternoon.

If you can’t make either of these events but still want to support me financially you can do this through monthly or one-off sponsorship. This can be done through the Mercy Ships website.
I wouldn’t be able to do all of this without your prayers. So please, even if you are unable to support me financially, please sign up on the support page to receive my prayer email.
Thank you to all who continue to pray and support my journey.
