I am writing this just after midnight at a hotel in Antananarivo. I have made it to Madagascar. We are here in the capital city at a hotel overnight before heading to the ship in the morning.
A blessing is that we are no longer on the 14 hour shuttle. Mercy Ships is paying for the short flight for us. So it will be a 45 minute flight in the afternoon.
Thank you to those who have been praying for the travels. The first group made it safely to Madagascar, just a couple of bags missing (not mine thankfully). More of my friends from the training in Texas are still travelling as their trip wasn’t as direct as mine.
